Built as temporary accommodation for those that constructed the UK’s railway network, after well over 100 years this cottage is an unusual survivor but in poor condition. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent was obtaining for the restoration and adaptation of this Grade II timber structure in a new location as a holiday let.
